Features

BEARING : Azad Expellers are filtted with 13 heavy duty ball & thrust beatings.

BED : The bed is fabricated from heavy duty channels and plates, fully welded and propely machined to ensure perfect stability, alignment and facilitating erection on proper foundation.

MAIN BODY : The body of expeller is made of high grade Cast tron. Machined on high end German machines, checked and fitted with G.M.Bush before gear assembly.

GEAR BOX : Helical Hobbing cut heavy duty tested steel gears duly case hardened to ensure longer fitted with both the ends of gear shaft mounted on heavy duty ball bearings to give a very smooth and silent running.

The gears are lubricated with high viscosity and high temperature resisting grease and need no further lubrication as they are totally enclosed in a dust proof and oil tight drive housing. Extra reduction gears are fitted in the intermediate gear box tor me division of the toad.

The main worm shaft and its withdrawal : The main worm shaft is made of high quality steel and fitted with heavy duty ball bearings and thrust ball bearings for smooth running. The main gear of the expeller is fitted on a heavy gudgeon bush to avoid disturbance to the gear box at me time of withdrawal of main shaft. Pressing worms and collars are made out of selected steel and can be changed without disturbing main shaft.

CHAMBER : Open type cage of heavy steel plates fitted with case hardened cage bars and clamp with heavy duty clamping bars.

CONE ADJUSTING UNIT : The final pressure of the cake is controlled by the pressure cone which adjusted by the simple movement of levers, sleeve nut, sleeve nut and cone head. The adjustment is simple and can be performed within few seconds.

STEAM KETTLE : The oil expeller is fitted with long/round steam heafing kettle for pre cooking of the seed to give better oil yield and maximum extraction of oil in single operation by high pressure system. The steam required for long steam heating kettle is at a pressure of 2 Kg/cm2 to 3.5 Kg/cm2 (30 - 50 Lb/inch2)

CAPACITY AND Power : It varies upon the size of the Expeller and the material under process. Hard material such as Coconut. Cottonseed etc. take more power than soft materials like Ground nut kernel.
